I’ve been working with Trident gym for awhile now and I must say they have their hearts in the right places. The care they’ve shown and time dedicated to clients are phenomenal.I would easily recommend this as one of the top, if not the best gym for personal training around tanjong pagar and the CBD area. Situated conveniently near the MRT and right next to Guocco Towers, it makes life a lot easier too. 10/10 would recommend and would send my family and friends here too.

There is an incredible vibe here from the moment you walk in—it’s high-energy, completely unpretentious, and welcoming to everyone regardless of where they are on their fitness journey.The trainers like Jia Liang are the real heartbeat of the place. They are genuinely friendly, approachable, and highly knowledgeable. They’re not “time watching,” like other trainers and will push you to your maximum. You never feel like just another membership number to them; they actually care about my progress, keep a close eye on my form, and push me to improve while keeping things fun and always encouraging.It’s hard to find a gym with this much soul these days. Worked with Jia Liang for almost a year and would highly recommend him. I was coming back to strength training looking for prehab cognizant approaches and Jia Liang's knowledge was apparently immediately.I always felt like I was in good hands and the physiotherapist he also recommended was of great support - both of their collaborative natures enabled me to significantly improve how i felt on a day to day basis managing a lower back injury. Huge wins for me were doing kettlebell deadlifts of 36kg confidently (having started with like 12kg kettlebells from a slight elevation).I know some people hesitate to work with a personal trainer because they worry it might be a harsh environment or feel pressured to chase aesthetic goals.That was never my experience. Jia Liang created a supportive, judgment-free environment where progress was tailored to my needs and goals. Whether you're training for body transformation, injury recovery, strength, longevity, confidence, or simply to feel better in your day-to-day life, his coaching provides a safe space to work towards whatever success looks like for you. Case in point is that I never weighed myself in the gym ever.So yes, I would totally recommend this gym. Trainers are friendly, small gym that feels quite chill too!
